Blue KC has the ability to integrate points into the A Healthier You portal for completion of employer- sponsored activities.
Four Employer Sponsored Custom Health Action Point Loads are allowed per Wellness Program Year
Client will submit data in compliance with the File Structure Document, which will be provided to client
Eight(8) Digit Group Number
Member Demographics:
Name
Date of Birth
14-digit Member ID
Health Action Date (completion of the activity)
Date must be within current client program year
Point Assignment
Available Point Options
Client can choose from three point value options
100 points
250 points
500 points
Members can only have one point assignment per activity
Members may be awarded points for multiple activities (of different point values) within the same file and in the same program year.
