Majority of responses - no changes required
Of those proposing changes there were some common themes but also some very different/conflicting proposals.
Common issues:
Need for recognition of the EQS Directive and priority substances (Annex I/II)
Difficulties with definition of ‘relevant metabolites’ of pesticides (Annex I)
The role of the minimum TV list (Annex II)
Divergent views:

13 May 2011: Deadline for additional comments and completed questionnaires.

November 2011: SCG and Water Directors
