Directions
1. Gather and prepare all the ingredients.
2. Cut tuna into strips 1/4 inch thick and 6 inches long.
3. Cut slivers of avocado and place on the tuna.
4. Using wet hands, press a thin layer of rice onto the sheets of seaweed.
Make sure the sheet is completely covered and the layer of rice is even.
5. Place a strip of tuna and avocado onto the seaweed.
6. Slowly roll the sushi forward to make a tight roll.
As you roll, be careful not to let the ingredients slip out.
7. Using a wet knife, cut the roll into 4-6 bit-sized pieces and arrange on a plate.
8. Repeat with the remaining seaweed sheets.
