A number of sequences remain uncharacterized at this time, while both protein coding sequences and non-protein coding sequences were identified among the PGT genes predicted. Auxin: represents genes that encode Auxin-related proteins, including Auxin Response Factors (ARF) and Auxin Signaling F-box. NBS: represents genes that encode NBS-LRR disease resistant genes; TF: represents genes that encode transcription factors, including MYB and bHLH, et al. Other proteins: represents genes that encode other proteins, including kinase and ATPase ,et al.
