The company is based in the city of Kragujevac which is located in the central part of Serbia, 140 kms away from the state capital, Belgrade.
Geo Strategic Position 
At the intersection of Pan-European Corridors 7 and 10 thus constituting a major link between Europe and Asia.
Transport options are: naval transport through the sea port of Bar with railway transport from Kragujevac to Bar (450kms), as well as river transport through
the Danube port of Smederevo.
There is also a possibility of arranging naval transport via the sea port of Thessaloniki-Greece using railway transport to the port.
Air transport can be arranged through the airport in Belgrade.

5. ZASTAVA KAMIONI – ZASTAVA TERVO - Landmarks
“Zastava Commercial Vehicles” (Zastava privredna vozila - ZPV), previously operating as a part of the Zastava Car Factory, was established as an independent business entity. e.
1978 The Contract on long term industrial cooperation was signed and new range of commercial vehicles OM-40/35 was introduced.
- Serial production of off road vehicles FIAT 1107 for various military uses.

Limited liability company ,,Zastava TERVO’’ –Крагујевац was established by the decision of the Goverment of Republic of Serbia
Foundation of ZASTAVA TERVO emanated from the rich experience and tradition dating a long way back in this region. Based on the experience, skilled workforce and types and models of vehicles previously manufactured at Zastava Kamioni whose legacy ZASTAVA TERVO inherited,
program commitment of ZASTAVA TERVO is manufacture of light commercial vehicles with a payload up to 8t intended for use in rugged terrains.
Manufacturing program of NTV vehicles (4X4) comprises two variations:
1. With independent suspension and automatic transmission developed in collaboration with the VTI
2. With solid axle (dependent suspension) and mechanical transmission
Both variation are available in three types of vehicles:
Van, extended cabin (1+5 seats) and single cabin (1+2 seats)

8. Off road vehicle ZASTAVA TERVO 1
Off road vehicle ZASTAVA TERVO 1.4t, 4x4 is powered with diesel engine placed in front of the cabin, lengthwise.
It is directly connected to 6 speed transmission, which is directly connected to two-stage differential propulsion distributor.
Propulsion distributor is connected via a cardan shaft to front and rear drive axles. Both axles have independent suspension with 2 widthwise triangular guides each, helical springs, and hydraulic double-acting telescopic shock absorbers. Steering system is equipped with servo mechanism.
Braking system is hydraulic, double circle with disc brakes in front and rear and ABS system.
Wire harnesses nominal voltage is 24 V
Equipped with tyres R 16, tubeless, with a tread pattern for off road conditions.
Mounting run flat tyres is optional, depending on the customer’s needs and would be addressed upon each order.

10. The vehicle is available in three variations:
The choice of the following assemblies provides for:
engine, transmission, distributor, drive axles with a suspension system and brakes are new generation products and they are expected to be kept for a longer period of time in the manufacturing programs of foreign manufacturers
majority of the assemblies built in the vehicle are used in the program of commercial vehicles of ZASTAVA TERVO, thus ensuring unification of production program
The vehicle can be used at exterior temperature ranging from -30°C till +50 оС.
It could surmount an embankment 1.500mm high and 35о steep, a ditch 530mm wide and a threshold-like obstacle 420mm high.
The vehicle is available in three variations:
1. Short cabin and cargo bed (image 1)
2. Long cabin and cargo bed (image 2) and
3. With metal body for transporting minimum 1+8 persons (image 3)
On the vehicles here shown superstructures can be mounted, such as:
ambulance, workshop, communication vehicle and the like.
It could also serve as a platform for light armoured vehicle.

Manufacturing program of ZASTAVA TERVO includes, aside from the shown variation of a vehicle with independent suspension and automatic transission, core program of off-road vehicles with solid axle (dependent suspension) and mechanical transmission for all three types of vehicles:

14. NTV (4x4) Description
New off road vehicle is multipurpose vehicle with four wheel drive, designed according to all world standards, with excellent visibility, large rear-view mirrors and efficient light signalization thus enabling good view of a road or an off road terrain on which it runs to a driver and its passengers.
Second important feature is extremely durable, robust chassis, resistant to twisting, providing high level of safety when fully loaded.
The vehicles are primarily intended to be used as noncombat military vehicles for transporting military personnel and equipment but due to their high clearance, adequate tyres as well as 4x4 drive, they can successfully be put to civilian uses suitable to various groups of users in need of multi purpose, harsh terrain vehicles to be used in inhospitable surroundings, for instance:
Impassable mountainous roads covered with bushes and trees
Surmounting watery obstacles as deep as 700mm
Desert conditions of exploitation
Air temperature ranging from -30°C till +40° С

15. In order to better protect the passengers the vehicle can sustain light armouring, providing that mandatory requirements regarding maximum mass (4.800kgs), front axle weight (2.000kgs) and rear axle weight (3.400kgs) are met.
Also, by adjusting its cargo bed or replacing it with adequate superstructure, applying power take-off on the transmission, the vehicle can be converted into special multipurpose working vehicle.
