How is your proposed solution better than alternative solutions

4. Scope Identify the boundary conditions and scope of the system
Remember you are not solving world territories, Hunger or Cancer.
Be specific as to what your solution will do.
This is important as clients will have unrealistic expectations.

5. Budget and Schedule
Schedule will follow a task break down of the entire project.
You can use excel or MS project for the schedule.
Budget will include the following:
Capital budget computers, software etc
Labor Programming and consulting charges

6. Project Organization Organizational Chart
Identify the project manager, programmers, System Architect, Technical writers clearly.
One person can have multiple responsibilities
