Not officially through the CDC Administered online via SurveyMonkey Grades 7, 9, and 11 Parents notified in advance through traditional mail and mass Opt-outs by parents 4 in 7th grade (1.9% of the class) 5 in 9th grade (2% of the class) 7 in 11th grade (3% of the class)

Currently sexually active – 15.7% (MA 25%) Of those who report sexual activity 58.97% used a condom 9% used no birth control method 2.58% had 4 or more partners (MA 6.7%) Condom, birth control – rates consistent with MA

9 Weight and Nutrition 30.6% report being overweight 51.5% report being the right weight YET 48.8% report trying to decrease weight 17.4% report no breakfast the 7 days before the survey (MA 12.9%) Overweight and decrease weight are similar to state numbers

36.7% report being bullied via social media sites 44% report seriously considering attempting suicide 33.3% report making a plan of how to attempt suicide 21.8% report attempting suicide at least one time
