Bring people together to speak freely about the challenges they face both in their professional and personal lives, and listen to and support each other
A safe, secure and non-judgmental environment
Raise awareness and improve understanding of mental health and break down barriers and stigmas
Independently run community group with board of trustees who have lived experience of mental illness and supporting others affected by mental health issues
Like-minded professionals acknowledging each other
Specialists – healthy lifestyles, employment, interests, therapy

2. A business community mental health in the workplace peer support group
Meetings are monthly on a Tuesday evening from 6-8pm 
Venue is at Twenty One, Pier Approach, Western Esplanade
