Clearness of the draft vis a vis WFD
Importance of actors involvement in a project for the timelessness of the project
Importance of taking into account the differences of impacts of a water shortage between different sectors activities (agriculture, tourism, industry)
Importance to evaluate this consequences for each sector in terms of economic issues (income losses), social issues (employment) in relation to environmental impacts
Importance to consider the impact of the different sector activities on water availability over each season
Possibility of considering countries by groups because of their common characteristics
