Meeting report for the PSC Study Group
Summary
The group discussed questions raised at the Tutorial in Orlando.

The group discussed the creation of a PAR and 5C which led to many questions as to whether or not the proposed Broadcast enhancement could be offered with existing standards.
On the second meeting day clarification to the Broadcast concept was made.
Drafting the required text will commence using the SG-PSC reflector
We are requesting 4 time slots at the San Diego meeting.
The attendees name and companies will be recorded in the minutes.
