The purpose of the Watermark Institute is to provide biblical training & discipleship combined with real life ministry experience for gifted leaders who desire to serve in vocational ministry. *It is not an internship!

The Fellowship: A Fellow is typically years old, experienced in ministry, pursuing vocational ministry, and seeking leadership opportunities—often includes people who are starting a second career or graduated from seminary The Residency: A Resident is typically (just out of college), interested in vocational ministry, a leader of leaders in college who was entrusted with significant ministry responsibility
