5 Purpose The purpose of the Watermark Institute is to provide biblical training & discipleship combined with real life ministry experience for gifted leaders who desire to serve in vocational ministry. *It is not an internship! SESSION 2 | THE WATERMARK INSTITUTE

8 Two Tracts The Fellowship: A Fellow is typically years old, experienced in ministry, pursuing vocational ministry, and seeking leadership opportunities—often includes people who are starting a second career or graduated from seminary The Residency: A Resident is typically (just out of college), interested in vocational ministry, a leader of leaders in college who was entrusted with significant ministry responsibility SESSION 2 | THE WATERMARK INSTITUTE

Monday 8:00 – 9:15 “Family Time” 9:30 – 12:30 Bible Study, Theology & Apologetics 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch 1:30 – 3:30 Ministry Topics Tuesday 8:30 – 10:30 Staff Meeting 10:30 – 12:30 Team Meeting The rest of the time varies depending upon one’s Ministry Specialty & any number of “ride along” opportunities SESSION 2 | THE WATERMARK INSTITUTE
