4QC evaluation 1) The Independent report of the Scientific Rapporteurs Main focus on the content of the conference and lessons learned for outlining the topics for future work. Presentation at the 4QC. Written report and presentation at the IPSG meeting in October 2006.

2 2) The Satisfaction Survey of Conference Participants
Focus on a) the content of the conference, b) the practical arrangements. Feedback collected by a) a short questionnaire to all participants and b) on location interviews. Three weeks will be reserved for collecting the feedback and information. On location interviews will be done by the students assisting at the conference.

3 The Satisfaction Survey of Conference Participants
The survey is supported by statistical information regarding participants, their preferences etc. This information will be on a format comparable with the similar information from the previous conferences. Information will also be collected by a feedback seminar organised for the Finnish participants. Aim is to see which topics seem to be of most interest to the participants, to give feedback to organisers and to produce material, which could be helpful when designing the content and the practical arrangements of the 5QC.

4 3) Feedback from the IPSG and the Best Practice Presenters
A specific questionnaire to IPSG and BP presenters addressing the issues; Of preparations before the conference. Arrangements of the BP workshops during the conference. Feedback on Critical Friend Initiative. The main aim here is to provide evaluation especially useful for organising the 5QC.
