The dynamic change in mean serum LH levels for the three study groups. The patients from the LP group exhibited the lowest mean serum LH level on the day prior to stimulation with hMG (P=.018 for t-test between MD and LP, P=.039 for t-test between SD and LP). The patients from the SD group demonstrated the greatest mean serum LH level on day 5 of stimulation with hMG (P=.001 for t-test between MD and SD groups, P=.005 for t-test between SD and LP groups). The mean serum LH level dropped immediately subsequent to the administration of 3 mg cetrorelix.
