John gives a 3-fold description of those who follow the Lord of lords and King of kings.
Let’s focus on what it means to be a child of the King, and a servant of our Lord.

2. Jesus came to call sinners.
3. This is a heavenly calling.
4. This is a holy calling.
5. The true gospel calls us to salvation.
6. To be called means to be justified.

4. “Those Who are with Him are…” Being the chosen of God is:
1. According to God’s foreknowledge.
2. By the sanctifying work of the Spirit.
3. Due to our obedience to Jesus Christ.

2. We are to live by faith.
3. We are live and work up to our capabilities.
4. If you have been given much, much will be required.
5. We are to remain faithful unto death.

No matter what happens Jesus will always be King of kings and Lord of lords.
The question is whether you will choose to become one of: the called, the chosen, and the faithful.
