There are three pathways to this course. You will be required to complete only one pathway.

For TI’s, support workers, domestic staff, porters, admin staff (where appropriate).

For Nursing staff, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Falls Champions, AP’s.
Group Three

You will need to complete ‘Falls Training Level 1’.

7. In the event of a fall the rapid response protocol must be followed:
Important Documents
All patients admitted over the age of 65 and any others under the age of 65 deemed to be at risk of falling must be offered a falls risk assessment.
A falls risk assessment must be completed within 24 hours of admission to hospital.
