2 Fig 1 Top, Abdominal CT scan shows the aorta 1 month before onset of symptoms. All diameters were stable at that time. Bottom, CT scan obtained during symptomatic phase shows thickening of the aorta wall, fat stranding, and a contained aneurysm rupture. There is no evidence of endoleak.
