Step 2: Type in your TVAAS authentication, check the box, and select the “Submit” button

Step 3: Once you are logged in, locate and select the “Reports” tab in the top-left corner of the webpage.

Step 4: After clicking on the “Reports” tab, a drop-down list of reports should appear.
Locate and select the “Custom Diagnostic” report beneath the “School Reflection” heading.

Step 5: After clicking “Custom Diagnostic” a drop-down list of options should appear.
Locate and select your subject and test.
Note: Mine would be “Science: 4th-8th Grade Current Year.”

Step 6: Next select the grade level that you currently teach.
Note: Mine would be “8th Grade”

7. Step 7: Next a list of your student’s test scores from the previous year should appear.
Note: The most useful data shown here is your student’s percentile scores and their performance leves.

8. Step 8: To print off a copy of this list and/or to download a digital copy, select the “Print” option in the top/right area.
A drop-down menu will appear.
In the bottom/left corner of this menu, select the “Print” button.

9. Note: The document will download in PDF format
Step 9: A copy of your student’s score-list will appear.
If you want to print off a hard copy, right-click on the screen, and select “Print.”
If you want to download a digital copy, right-click on the screen, and select “Save As.”
Note: The document will download in PDF format
