Mission: To develop MBA students as leaders who seek a life-long commitment to community involvement and board service, resulting in value creation for nonprofit organizations and communities. KNOWLEDGE FOR ACTION NBLP Coordinator Role Be a peer leader for the next two years in a peer leadership role that requires flexibility, adaptability, situational awareness, and personal investment. Engage with coordinator team to shape program through recruitment, selection, and development of Board Fellows community. Mentor 8 Board Fellows through challenges in monthly pod and one-on-one meetings – e.g., managing board conflicts, role discussions, etc. Non Profit Board Leadership Program 7

KNOWLEDGE FOR ACTION Coordinator vs. Board Fellow Roles Coordinators: Have prior board experience 2-year commitment Lead and mentor 8-member pod of Board Fellows Develop relationships with Coordinator Team and Board Fellows pod Lead NBLP trainings (i.e., 2 full- day trainings and monthly mastermind meetings ) for Board Fellows Board Fellows: No prior board experience 1-year commitment Engage with a local non-profit board as non-voting member Develop relationships within your nonprofit and Board Fellows pod Participate in trainings, speaker events, and case discussions with 40 other Board Fellows Non Profit Board Leadership Program 8
