2 RECORDING & REPORTING DATA ANALYSIS VACCINE SUPPLY MANPOWER

3 RECORDING & REPORTING High Risk/Priority puroks will base on the 1st Quarter 2015 Data Analysis Data on LB shall base on the enlisted children in TCL. CPAB shall not be greater than the LB. Data Quality Check (DQC) implementation needs to be strengthened. On VPD Cases, include data on clinically confirmed cases + epilinked TCL shall include all of the names of covered population handled by the RHU, not only those who were given vaccines

4 DATA ANALYSIS Card checks and masterlisting will now cover 1-23 mos instead of mos Vaccine supply (no. of doses) vs. the accomplishment can address if logistic is the main problem of not achieving the target. And as reported, supply is not merely the reason of unmet targets. Other issues: mobile population, erroneous data Criteria of selecting priority areas: (1) VPD Cases (2) Access- f: EL-FIC=unimmunized children (3) Utilization- Penta drop out rate

5 VACCINE SUPPLY If there is shortage of MMR due at 12mos., AMV can also be given BCG can also be given with Pentavalent Vaccine at 6 weeks LGUs shall be informed by RO IVA Supply Office once another batch of Rota vaccine supply will be available Order form shall be accomplished if additional supply is needed Multidose vaccines (AMV) have lesser actual dosage compared to the indicated stock dose in a vial

6 MANPOWER NDPs shall be utilized by the LGUs to augment program workforce To include the midwives in their respective meetings
