4 Block 1, Session 1 Role and Responsibilities of the CTA
By the end of this session the candidates will be able to: Describe the roles and responsibilities of the CTA List essential skills and pre-course requirements for CTA candidates Describe their role in cascading down this training.

5 Block 1, Session 2 Planning & Preparing your CTA Delivery
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Describe the information required to plan a session Describe their participant needs Prepare themselves for the session Prepare equipment and resources for the session Describe a suitable venue for the session.

6 Block 1, Session 3 CTA Trainer Notes
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Describe the CTA resource and its content.

7 Block 2, Session 4 Practical Session, Level 1 Activities
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Describe Level 1 manoeuvres Demonstrate Level 1 manoeuvres Describe how they will deliver Level 1 sessions to CTA's Describe how the resources support the delivery.

8 Block 3, Session 5 Practical Session-Level 2 Activities
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Describe Level 2 Manoeuvres Demonstrate Level 2 Manoeuvres Describe how the resources support the delivery Describe how they will deliver Level 2 sessions to CTAs.

9 Block 3, Session 6 Assessing your Candidates
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Make safe, fair, valid and reliable assessment decisions Clearly explain the assessment decisions to the candidate Make accurate records of the assessment outcomes Review and agree action plans with the candidates.

10 By the end of this session candidates will be able to:
Block 4, Session 7 Processes- Registering a course and issuing certificates By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Log-in to the on-line system and register a course Sign-post candidates to the registration section Add candidates from the waiting list Issue Certificates Describe the records that they need to keep.

11 Block 4, Session 8 Your Bikeability Centre-What to expect
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Describe the support they will get from their Bikeability Centre State their key point of contact Plan in variety and alternatives.

12 Block 4, Session 9 Review and Next Steps-Close
By the end of this session candidates will be able to: Describe the steps they will take to run a CTA course Outline the processes involved in organising and running a course Describe where they will get additional help.
