9. Pre-conditions of a Sustainable Reservation System
Demand-type “parking area market” to develop into a supply-type market
TPA operators to recognise advantages of reservation systems
TPA operators to be equipped to follow slot occupancy
TPA info system to be automatically linked to web platforms and roadside e-signs
Web reservation interfaces to be set-up
TPA operators’ liability for reliable reservations to be clarified
Hauliers would welcome a
supply market and resulting TPA reservation schemes

EU requirements and regulations on road safety, security and social conditions (driving hours) >>>
