Demand-type “parking area market” to develop into a supply-type market TPA operators to recognise advantages of reservation systems TPA operators to be equipped to follow slot occupancy TPA info system to be automatically linked to web platforms and roadside e-signs Web reservation interfaces to be set-up TPA operators’ liability for reliable reservations to be clarified Hauliers would welcome a supply market and resulting TPA reservation schemes (c) International Road Transport Union (IRU) 2010

Availability of financial means & investments in Truck Parking Areas as such EU requirements and regulations on road safety, security and social conditions (driving hours) >>> State (and EU) responsibilities!
