13 Making the transition It takes 9 months to a year to train and prepare for the first course! Dont plan to do it all at once unless you are getting the necessary incentives (release time and extra pay)- Give it three times

14 How has it worked for MCC? Benefits Access to courses not offered by your institution: Dont have the staff Dont have the enrollment Experiences Problems are usually logistical – not technical Underestimation of the development time needed Students still indicate preference for F2F
