3 WHAT ARE HABITS? A habit is a routine behavior that is repeated regularly. Brushing your teeth, working out regularly and reading are all examples of good habits.

4 HOW HABITS ARE FORMED Habit formation is the process by which a behavior, through repetition becomes, automatic or habitual. The average amount of time it takes to form a habit is 66 days with arrange of days.

5 HOW TO BREAK A HABIT Not all habits are good and some are actually quite unhealthy. Procrastinating, overeating, and overspending are all examples of bad habits. If you have a notice a bad habit and want to remove it you should do it as soon as you notice it, this is because it becomes harder to remove a habit as it ages. A good way to remove a bad habit is to identify and remove triggers that reinforce the habit.

6 WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY HABITS
Examples of healthy habits are drinking water every day, getting exercise regularly, going to bed at a reasonable time and spending time doing hobbies you enjoy. These are all good habits because they can majorly benefit your personal health.

Habits are important because they help show who you are, they can help you reach your goals, they help eliminate wasted time and they can .help motivate you.
