4 Applicability of Requirements
Long range plan (LPR) Short range plan (SPR) Corridor/impact studies (CS) Planning for Operations/ITS (PO) All

5 Purpose of Requirements
In addition to setting requirements, the produced list will provide basis for testing/assessments Static vs. dynamic, dynamic tools Can be customized for different purposes/regions For both core tool and supporting tools May not be satisfied at the present time but form basis for improvements and for supporting tools Acceptable thresholds may not be possible but testing will demonstrate typical values

Requirements updated based on comments A new expanded section regarding “Transit Modeling” has been added

7 Testing based on Requirements
Comparison of how Cube Voyger, Cube Avenue, DynsuT, and Transim meet each requirement is being conducted
