Part III: Comparison among NC Five Largest LEAs: Cumberland, Forsyth, Guilford, Mecklenburg, & Wake Our high schools reached the first position in 2006. The difference in percentage of schools AYP decreased between Guilford and the highest performing LEA from 2005 to 2006.
