2 Capital Project Update LED Lighting Waiting for Net Zero approval, will proceed as soon as SED responds, and still waiting HVAC – Controls Attempting to resolve incomplete work – Involved A/E/S to get action – All points in project reviewed and deficiency repair started – Software not functioning 100% – Schedules incomplete, no master shut down for load shed event – Not complete as per contract yet – Boilers Elementary boiler issues Rebuild and replace components related to burner assemblies Replace stack cover Add filters for air intake on all 3 boilers – Roofing Additional Leaks and issues found Contacted Carlisle directly for warranty review
