2 Organ Definition Animal Organ Examples Heart Lungs Small Intestine group of 2 or more different tissues that work together to perform a certain function Heart, Lungs, Stomach, Brain, Small Intestine, etc Organ made of mostly connective, muscle, & epithelial tissues; but also nervous tissue that allows it to receive and pump blood Organ made of mostly connective, muscle, & epithelial tissues; but also nervous tissue that allows it to add oxygen to the blood AND take carbon dioxide out of the blood Organ made of epithelial, connective, & muscle tissue; but also nervous tissue where most chemical digestion and absorption of food takes place
