2. What is the Culture of Student Success?
A culture reflects the character of an organization.
A culture is the sum total of the values, customs, traditions, and beliefs that shape the behavior of the organization members.
A culture of student success is to create such a character within the organization and incorporate student success in the organizational values, customs, traditions, and beliefs.
A culture of student success is to foster an environment in which everyone associated with the organization contributes to student success.
