And simultaneously make regular approaches to give consultations about import export policies, inventory consulting etc. The company identified the potentiality in marketing and maintains rapport to hold the all groups of customers to increase the levels of imports and exports.

9 BUSINESS ANALYSIS The company assures equal importance on imports and exports. The contribution of growth of economy of the Jamaica is 2%. The company is targeting to share of 5% growth of Jamaica economy within two years. The industry average of the company is 15% and the company trying to retain the percentage further as the new entrants of business competition is high at present. The company is concentrating growth on the economy too as well its own. The present rate i.e. 2% may be increase to 5% in future. Exclusively, the President has higher educational qualification in MBA finance and International relations. It has a plan to pay a compensation $2,000,000 in the next three years The team of personnel has vast experience in the international trade with higher educational qualifications. The projection of compensation for the three years is roughly $2,000,000 for the next 3 years.

12 FINANCIAL PLAN The company assuming 50% sales on credit with the average interest rate of 10%.. The company also assuming that there will be no variable costs. The assumptions include current interest rate and long term interest rate is similar of 10$ and the tax rate is 30%. . As far as breakeven, there should be revenue of $500,000 per month. Sales are targeted accordingly. The company targeting sales in order to meet the breakeven point for which $4.00 lacks of revenue per month is needed. The financial plan is based on the assumptions of 10% rate of interest and 30% interest rate. Accordingly the sales are targeted and the credit sales are assumed of 50%.

13 FINANCIAL PLAN The plan is provided for t 3years in which sales for1st year $60,00,000. As far as 2nd year it will be $80,00,000 and third year $90,00,000. In case of the profit, it is targeted $50,000, $60,000 and $80,000 respectively. The profit targeted is meeting all operating expenses and other expenses including tax provision. The profit of the company is estimated with the increase of 20% for every year for the next three years. The financial plan is projected to get the increase of profits with 20% increase and the targeted profits are $50,000, $60,000 and $80,000 for the consecutive 3 years.

14 CONCLUSION The Jamaica Universal is intend to deliver the business of imports and export and accordingly projections given for the next three years which meets the objectives and mission of the company. The management of the company is dedicated and the are concentrating the external assistance through consultants instead of making internal appointments. The company concentrates to take the assistance from the external consultants instead of providing the employment. Therefore the expenses will be clearly understood by case to case or consignment to consignment. It means the company will make the payment only when work is excuted and avoid unncessary expenditure on employment.
