11 Difficulties Balance sheet information; is the use of turnover necessary when balance sheet information is not available? Definition of SME with turnover is difficult when using registers. Foreign enterprises; lack of information about persons employed abroad. For now the assumption that in case of a foreign enterprise the enterprise group in total has more then 250 persons employed. SBS Survey; not optimally designed for the definitions used.
