Two ways to access the system:
PerformanceManager website:
Click on “Employees” and then “Performance Management System”.
Enter your Username – your Employee ID (with leading zeros) and your Password
If you do not know your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link. Enter your Username and click me. It will be sent to your EQT address immediately.

3. Entering Value Drivers
Enter and assign weights for each value driver ensuring the total equals 100%.

Value Driver Tips
Value Drivers can be entered
directly onto the form, or
by using the My Value Driver Plan.
My Value Driver Plan allows Value Drivers to be
cascaded to direct reports, and
marked public or private.

5. Writing Effective Value Drivers
Value Drivers should be:
Specific in stating the end results
Provide for verifiable and Measurable evaluation
Challenging but also Attainable under the currently foreseen circumstances
Realistic considering the employee’s scope of control and available resources
Time bound specifying realistic due dates or timeframes for completion 5 5

New Value Driver”
