As of October 1st, 2017:
Not allowed to touch your phone at all while driving- “hands-free”
If calling someone while driving, it must be through blue-tooth or speaker phone if you are 18 or older.
Texting and driving is illegal, even at stop signs and red lights.
For drivers younger than 18, texting while driving, talking on the phone while driving and holding any other electronic devices while driving is prohibited.
