6. Process Preparation of the cost claim (1 to 3 weeks)
Audit (1 week if no problem)
Signature (1-2 days)
Make sure internal project reporting and official EU reporting are consistent
Send out to the coordinator

7. Preparation of the Cost Claim
Over the past few months:
Secretaries kept the documentation when they did claims. Need
Supervisors make sure Timesheets are filled in.
Marguerite is now collecting them all and starts preparing the cost claims.
Nevertheless, we still NEED your contributions to understand some costs

8. Your Help Make sure Be available for questions concerning some costs
All EU project costs are charged to EU budget codes
And only them (Costs not charged to these codes cannot be reimbursed by the EU)
If it is not the case, please identify them and tell RF as soon as possible
