5 Off-line Filtration HYDROCLEAN SYSTEMS
Filtration System continuously filters the generated contaminants by recirculation to achieve fine filtration using coniferous wood pulp adsorption. Simultaneous process of removing moisture is done by Absorption without Heating. The Micromag Magnetic Filter fitted prior to MFS prevents the entry of Ferrous contamination into Test rig.

6 Online Magnetic Filtration
HYDROCLEAN SYSTEMS Micromag is an online Magnetic filter having High Powered NdFeB magnet which prevents ferrous contaminants on its way. Even the filter reaches with its full capacity the design allows the flow of oil to the test rig without clogging. Micromag filter operates without requirement of Electricity or consumables.

7 Requisites HYDROCLEAN SYSTEMS Before starting the Filtration, The entire test rig tank need be thoroughly cleaned. The Number of filters shall be decided based on generation of contaminants.

8 Trials at TAFE Dbr HYDROCLEAN SYSTEMS Online and Off-line Filtrations are installed at Test Rig 1 on The tank is not cleaned and found with sedimentation at the bottom due to short notice. The trial is stretched for 37Hours of Filtration.

9 Observations HYDROCLEAN SYSTEMS
The Magnetic Filter at Supply end Catches few layers of contaminants on its periphery. The MM5 acts as Pre-Filter to MFS catches at least four times of more contamination as that of the above one.

11 Conclusion HYDROCLEAN SYSTEMS From the above data, it shows that, though contaminants are continuously around 500% ,only 3.2% increased in 37 Hours. The Final MM5 filter catches 88.8% of contamination from its earlier stage. The MFS & Pre-filter catches 4 times that of final filter. Hence to maintain the NAS Levels, We suggest higher filtration capacity with 6 filter Machines .
