Are homecoming students mobile? -> No consensus between statisticians
Make list of arguments for and against
Consider the collection of the number of homecoming students in UOE
Is mobility only physical mobility? -> Yes.
UOE methodological manual should be revised
Do not use citizenship as a proxy for mobility
Start the process of introducing the tables on diploma mobility in the Commission regulation in its 2012 revision
