Each Committee/Sub committee will comprise of a number of members, with relative skills/experience
Chair and board members still elected by you - the members
Chair will be appointed for three years (for continuity) with Board members having initially 3, 2 and 1 year terms of office.
Captain, Vice Captain are ex-officio members of each committee and maybe be co-opted on to any/all of the sub committees for experience
