7 Report on the major global changes
September 2008 doc.: IEEE /1173r0 February 2010 Report on the major global changes “Frame forwarding” is replaced with “MSDU forwarding” or equivalent. Related clause (particularly 11C.7) has a lot of changes in order to comply with this substantial change. Per adoption of resolution to CID2739 Please check for the consistency. Kazuyuki Sakoda, Sony Corporation Tony Braskich, Motorola

8 September 2008 doc.: IEEE /1173r0 February 2010 Some findings... Annex X.3 Power save parameters selection still contains wordings “mesh STA in power save mode” which are intended to be eliminated from TGs spec. Need to amend these wordings as well. Clause Data frame format (in the base standard) contains the utilization of BSSID for frames containing A-MSDU. This needs to be changed to Address 2 for frames transmitted by mesh STA. Need additional amendment to Kazuyuki Sakoda, Sony Corporation Tony Braskich, Motorola

9 Some more information If you plan to submit normative text ...
September 2008 doc.: IEEE /1173r0 February 2010 Some more information If you plan to submit normative text ... Editor prefers to receive the text with “Track Changes” (rather than the text with underline or strikeout) It is easier to implement the changes to FrameMaker. Only tracked portions are reflected to the draft spec. Kazuyuki Sakoda, Sony Corporation Tony Braskich, Motorola
