Support to EU policy implementation, including key reforms Extended outreach Horizontal principles Cohesion  Expression of European solidarity between and within Member States

3 Impact 2014-2017 ESF & YEI: over 15 million participants, including:
Almost 8 million unemployed and 5 million inactive Over 6 million below 25 years of age 46% low-skilled and 16% migrant/minority ethnic background Results: 1,4 million in employment 1,9 million have gained a qualification in education or training  Acceleration in implementation of projects: 63% ESF and 76% YEI project selection rate FEAD: Food and basic material assistance provided to 12.7 million persons per year, including: Social inclusion accompanying measures New target groups (e.g. homeless people, migrants)
