9. Satisfaction with the statistical information services

10. considered as ‘regularly used’ in case a user has replied to the frequency categories of monthly, quarterly and annually. Consequently the relevant domain is considered as a ‘regularly used domain’. In this way the frequency with which various regional statistics are compiled or published has been taken into account. The frequency category ‘at other intervals’ has been interpreted as at least once in two years.
