All members on this screen are “Pending,” because they are awaiting your confirmation. Confirming the member does not change their status from “Pending” it only tells the county that you have accepted them into your club.
Do not use this screen as a list of members who are not yet active in 4-H Online.

Review a member’s enrollment information and confirm or reject their membership.
The key things to look at are:
Enrolled in appropriate number of additional projects if in Cloverbuds (0) or Exploring ( 2)
Enrolled in appropriate early-age project based on grade level (Cloverbuds K-2; Exploring 3 or 4)
