Moving from 25% to 40% for student growth in teacher evaluation Grades 4-8 math and ELA teachers - 20% state assessments and 20% local assessments All other teachers, 40% local assessments At the time, no direction from MDE Attended RESA training on student growth RESA developed Guidance Document Curriculum and HR collaborated to develop district plan

Brought to administrative team - fine-tuned the process Principals selected committees Elementary Schools Middle School High School Special Ed/Specials Set meeting schedule - full-day/half-day/after school Meetings followed RESA Guidance Document
