Today’s worship is about David and Goliath which is a well known and rather gruesome story about bravery and courage. David who is a lot smaller than the giant Goliath overcomes him in battle using intelligence rather than brute force.
Information from Barnabas in schools:
So David was very small, but when he was faced with a big danger, he chose to be brave and do the right thing, not the easy thing. He didn't choose to run away from it. Perhaps when we're faced with something dangerous or painful, we can remember David and Goliath and the way God helped David to do something wonderful - all David had to do was be brave.

5. Goliath started walking toward David again, and David ran quickly toward the Philistine battle line to fight him. He reached into his bag and took out a stone, which he slung at Goliath. It hit him on the forehead and broke his skull, and Goliath fell face downward on the ground.
