2 Creating An Online Profile
Go to: Fill in your personal information Enter your Access ID that you received at your clinic Click On NCCP Training and CLA Tools Select coaching level

3 Coaching Terms In Training (only at Competitive Introduction)– completed the pre-assessment, register for a clinic on line, and attended a clinic Trained (at Community Initiation and Development) – Attend the applicable clinic Trained (at Competitive Introduction)- completed the pre- assessment, register for a clinic on line attended a clinic, and completed the Evaluation Workbook successfully; Making Head Way completed online Certified (only at Competitive Introduction)- completed the pre- assessment, register for a clinic on line, attended a clinic, completed the Evaluation booklet successfully, completed MED (Ethics) thru CAC, and has completed an in person evaluation; accumulate 20 professional development points over 5 years to maintain certification *UNLESS PERMISSION IS GRANTED, COACHES CAN ONLY TAKE ONE (1) CLINIC PER YEAR

Online Pre-Clinic Assessment Online Registration for Clinic Attend the Clinic In-Person Coach Receives “In Training” Status Competitive Introduction Pathway Year One

7 Competitive Introduction Pathway Year Two
Complete Online Evaluation Workbook (Processed by the CLA) Complete Making Head Way via CAC Website Coach Receives “Trained” Status

8 Competitive Introduction Pathway Year Three
Request In-Person Practice Evaluation Complete and Pass the In-Person Evaluation Complete Making Ethical Decisions via the CAC Coach Receives “Certified” Status

12 Maintaining Certified Status
Coaches must accumulate 20 professional development points over 5 years to maintain certified status This can be done by reporting active coaching, taking part in e-learning , attending MLA sanctioned events that qualify for professional development points
