2. CAR TRIPS
During the summer me and my family traveled a lot. We went to Vermont, the Outer Banks, etc. I traveled 2,298 miles total. I traveled 1,466 miles in Vermont but I also went backpacking and went to Hatteras. If I traveled 84 miles back- packing, how many miles did I travel to Hatteras and back?

3. SWIM TEAM
I like to swim. During the summer I do swim team. Figure out how many laps I swam total. Good luck. Swim team was a total of 8 weeks long. I went to practice approximately 3 times a week and swim about 15 laps per practice. How many laps did I swim total? You thought that was all. right? WRONG! There were meets every week except 1. If I swam about 9 laps per meet how many laps did I swim altogether?

4. CLIMBING MOUNTAINS
In Vermont me and my family hiked 2 mountains. Mt. Mansfield and one of the mountains in the Vermont long trail. If Mt. Mansfield is 4,395 feet tall and we took the gondola up 3,625 how many feet did we hike total? The Vermont long trail is 829 feet tall, so how many feet of elevation did I hike total?
