18 The road to high beam current
Optics optimization:Twiss parameter corrected to design velues, orbit correction, etc. High beam current: Beam dose cleaning vacuum, RF conditioning, bunch-by-bunch feedback, cooling in beam dusts, etc. High luminosity:tune scan, collision optimization, single bunch current, more bunches,etc. As the result, the beam current in collision get higher than 530mA. Accelerator High current, high luminosity, low loss rate, low background Optics optimization, lattice correction; injection optimization; to suppress instabilities, CBI, ECI, Ions, etc.  Beam dose cleaning vacuum, RF conditioning, bunch-by-bunch feedback Collision optimization, beam-beam effects, single bunch current, luminosity feedback  Detector High accuracy, high resolution, more tolerable, low background Move to IR into IP and shielding after cosmic ray test; Make the detector work and test with beams; Study background with low beam current; Study background with high beam current; Joint study BEPC & BESIII Work together
