This presentation will walk you through
how to logon and clock out.

4. Logon
Press the LOGON button.

5. Logon Scan the employee badge. Scan the work card.
Indirect employees will not be asked to scan a work card.

6. Logon
After the logon process has completed successfully, system displays a notification message.

7. When the Clear button is pressed, the message window is closed.
Logon
If the employee has any new messages, this window pops up automatically as soon as the employee scans his/her badge for any reason.
Pressing the down arrow button on the last message makes the Clear button appear.
When the Clear button is pressed, the message window is closed.

8. Clockout
When CLOCKOUT button is pressed, system displays the badge field and waits for the employee to scan his/her badge.

9. Clockout
After the clock-out process is completed successfully, system displays a notification message along with the daily and weekly sum of employee’s attendance time including straight, over and premium times.
If the employee has any new messages, the messages window pops up automatically as soon as the employee scans his/her badge for any reason..

10. Clockout
Tips:
If you do not finalize the action within a minute,the system will automatically clear the screen.
