2. Airborne Astronomy Ambassadors Selected for SOFIA Cycles 5-6
Thirty-nine teachers were selected for the NASA Airborne Astronomy Ambassadors (AAA) program, a multi-faceted educator professional development experience. These educators are public high school physics and Earth/Space science teachers. They were selected in partnership with seven California school districts. (Ambassadors pictured teaching are from previous Cycles.)
