Reliable & transparent information on rules and processes is a key factor to facilitate vehicle authorisation
 By end of 2013 the following 8 MS have published and taken over responsibility for their NRD (2 more than 10/2013).

 Still more to go - some MS are silent since doc sent for verification 9 months ago

Answer from NSA before NLF: “Let me explain-have you got several hours to spare?”

10. Next steps for NLF
Continue collection of NLF in PDF form and clarifications necessary.
ERA will then key-in RDD all the information of the current NLF version.
The MSs will verify and publish their NLF in RDD (Summer 2014).
After publication future changes in the NLF content will be the responsibility of the MSs.
