Carbohydrates Carbohydrates are main source of energy for our body. They are in potatoes, bread, pasta, cereals and rice. If you want to have a balanced diet, you should eat about 35 per cent carbohydrates.
Proteins Proteins are in meal, eggs, cheese and fish. Some people eat lots of proteins for make muscles. Vegetarians dont eat meal, they get proteins from beans.
Vitamins Vitamins contain energy. They are in fruit and vegetables. vitamin A- carrot, spinach, apricot, melon… vitamin B- yeast, fish, legume, milk, potatoes… vitamin C- in every fruit and vegetables vitamin D- egg, milk, fish… vitamin E- hazelnut, walnut… vitamin F- oil, walnut, seed… vitamin K- spinach, lettuce, broccoli, meal, milk product…
Fibre Fibre is in legumes, cereals and a little bit in some fruit (apples, bananas) and vegetables (carrot, broccoli). One adult person should eat 12-24 grams of fibres in one day. Its good medicine for people, who has sick intestin es.
Minerals Minerals are very important part of our diet. Calcium(Ca), Magnesium(Mg), Iron(Fe), Zinc(Zn), Selenium(Sn),Silicon(Si), Chromium(Cr), Iodine(I), Manganese(Mg). They are in spinach, nut, poppy, fish, apple, meal, milk products, egg yolk…
