Move to approve the contents of the Document Rev 2 ( as an IEEE 802 LMSC Position Endorsing World-wide License-exempt Usage of Television band White Spaces. The contents of the document to be placed on the IEEE 802 LMSC Website such that they can be easily found, and be used in any future correspondence with the regulators as well as the ITU as the official IEEE 802 position.
